A Circus of Light is a trendsetting online clothing and accessories store, offering original designs and products, made exclusively for us and ordered on demand for you. Created for on the go travelers who want to look fashionable while forgoing ironing, dry cleaning and worry. Pack, unpack, wear, wash, hang, wear again.

Our prints won’t fade and our performance gear products won’t lose shape.  Our designer uses her own photographs and designs, and you wont find them anywhere else because we don’t license our images or sell our designs as fabric. Our designer is an internationally published, peer recognized and reviewed photographer and journalist.

PRODUCTION TIME

Each product is made to order for you. Large orders take longer as each product is cut and sewn by hand. Production is a streamlined process, especially during the busiest season of the year, October - December.  Allow for full production time October - December.

Our production houses work Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.  Production is closed on weekends and all holidays. Products enter production 12-24 hours after the order is placed, or on Monday, if placed during the weekend.

All production and shipping times are calculated in business days and do not include days that business is closed, or national holidays. 

Production cannot be expedited.

Because we are ordering and purchasing a product specifically for the customer from our manufacturer, we cannot honor changes to orders or cancellations.

Allow 3-7 business days for production of neck gaiters, capris, full length and yoga leggings, shorts, bodycon dresses, skater dresses and skirts, sports bras, men’s shorts, graphic tanks, socks, drawstring bags, kid’s, youth and baby stuff, men’s stuff, stickers, blankets, towels and day tote bags.  

Allow 10 business days for production of cotton masks, flare skirts, flare dresses, wrap skirts, robes, tank tops, swim briefs, crop tops, beanies, headbands, zipper bags, notebooks, and cards.  

Add 3-6 business days for orders with several items, as each item is cut, sewn and inspected by hand.  Many of our product descriptions contain videos demonstrating how our products are made.  

Orders may ship in different packages, at different times, to ensure you get completed items as quickly as possible.  There may be items shipping from separate production houses, thereby increasing shipping costs. 

SHIPPING

Allow 3-5 business days to ship orders to US customers.  Once a shipping label is created, a USPS tracking number is sent to via e-mail.  You must include an email address with your order for e-mail tracking.

Once your packing label has been created, your order is in the care of the courier or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  If a package is lost or damaged, contact your local post office with your tracking number.  Items shown as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer but that have not been received are the responsibility of the USPS or delivery service.

We ship internationally, but we are not responsible for duties, custom fees, or other fees of the recipient location.

Products in an order may ship separately as products are shipped when completed.

There may be items shipping from separate production houses, thereby increasing shipping costs.

Carefully choose the correct size and refer to the measurement charts before placing an order.  A restocking fee and return label fee applies to all returns!  Be sure to read about the product, the printing method, the printed fabric appearance and production and shipping times.

PRINTING PROCESS

Designs are printed on white fabric, and do not "soak through" the depth of the fabric.  The inside of our products is white.  Our products are not “see through”. Because the print doesn’t “soak” into or dye the entire depth of the fabric, white grains show on stretching. Do not confuse this for the product being see through. This is not a refundable or exchangeable issue.

Because our fabric is white, with a printed design, small white threads may be seen upon inspection at the punctures in the seams, and upon stretching of the material. This is not a production error. This is not a refundable-exchangeable issue.

Products are printed by order, using solvent free sublimation inks. This method produces a beautiful range of colors. Color specialists provide the most accurate color matching to the original digital artwork as is possible on fabric. Some purple colors print as violet-blue as opposed to a grape-purple. Magenta can print with a blue-violet hue. This is not a refundable-exchangeable issue.   

Differences in sharpness, tone, saturation, vibrancy and hue between website images and the printed fabric may occur. Design and pattern placement will change slightly according to size.  In many light rig images, rigging appears.  This is not a printing defect but a part of the image. This is not a refundable-exchangeable issue.

Please note that contact with rough surfaces and fasteners should be avoided because it can snag and damage the fabric appearance.

RETURNS

Our products are custom printed for your order and are only partially refundable and require the product to be returned, unworn, and unused.

We accept returns until the 14th day after the noted delivery date, less a 25% restocking fee and the cost of a return shipping label, e-mailed to you.  Return the partially refunded items with the label provided.

If there is a verifiable production issue with your order that prevents you from wearing or using a product, please contact us within 10 days of the ship date and provide clear photographs or video depicting the production issue. Send your order number so that we can investigate a replacement product. If the issue is determined by the manufacturing house to be a production issue, a replacement product will be shipped at no cost.

We cannot process exchanges.
